DELIVERY DETAILS :

Delivery charges will be extra. We offer various types of delivery for items, based on the size, weight and volume of your order.
The following applies to most orders.

  • Orders which are under 20kg and with the longest side under 120cm when fully packaged can be delivered to most locations Australia wide. Additional freight charges may apply for difficult to access locations or otherwise locations a freight company may have additional costs to deliver to.
  • Most freight companies can deliver to houses with a driveway and easy access from the street. Unit complexes, tight or congested roads or otherwise difficult to access sites may require assistance for the delivery driver. Please advise us prior to dispatch if you may have limited access at your home or site. Delivery drivers reserve the right to apply redelivery costs at their discretion if they are unable to deliver products when they arrive to the site.

RETURNS POLICY :

  • Goods can ONLY be returned within 7 working days after receipt of goods.
  • No Return for damaged package, missing parts, and installed items.
  • All return items would be checked on delivery/pick up. Original receipt must accompany with all returns. All goods must be in original package and condition.
  • Fragile items like Tiles can only be returned or exchanged in entire quantities, as determined by the order and if the same shade is available. For example, if you purchased 50m2 of a tile, it is possible to exchange all 50m2, but not to return or exchange 2m2 of that tile.
  • There is a 20% restocking charge on all tile returns/exchanges. Return freight to Builders Outlet is the responsibility of the customer and items will be inspected for damages before the credit is applied.
  • We recommend you calculate beforehand how many tiles you will need for your project. Your builder or tiler may help with this. We may also help; however, we cannot accept responsibility for quantities which are inaccurate.
  • If more than 7 days have passed from the receipt of the goods, in some cases the tiles may no longer be possible to return due to the shade being depleted.  Please contact us first so we can confirm if the same shade is available for us to return the tiles to. When a shade is no longer available, tiles cannot be returned.
  • Transport cost of returns cannot be claimed. 
  • No returns are accepted for any special orders, clearance items or display items.
  • Before you return goods, please note the following:
    1. Take photos of the goods in the condition that you wish to return them in, as we will confirm if they are fit for resale.
    2. Confirm all parts and pieces are intact, this is especially for items such as showers and tapware, where small parts may easily go missing if the goods have been opened and handled.
    3. A member of our team will confirm goods returned to us are intact and meet the conditions outlined above. Once this is done, the new product may be sent.
  • There are 3 options available to you upon the approval of a return under the policy:
    1. An exchange for a stocked item of:
      • Equivalent value
      • Lesser value with the remaining balance to be credited to you in the form of credit note.
      • Greater value item with the remaining difference to be paid by you.
    • Builders Outlet Credit Note for future purchase to be used within 01year from the date of issue.

WARRANTY POLICY :

  • Warranty varies from product to product
  • Warranty not covered for improper use of goods
  • Warranty not covered for Unlicensed installed goods.
  • Warranty not covered for incorrectly installed goods.
  • Warranty not covered for physical damage after installation.
